The 12-Step Cleaning Process

Every job undergoes the same exacting process to insure a quality result.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Our technician will walk through your home with you to provide a pre-inspection and evaluation of your carpets prior to cleaning.  He will identify soil and wear conditions, address problem stains and address your carpet cleaning needs.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum

Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed using a commercial vacuum cleaner to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in the cleaning process.

Step 3: Furniture Moving

Furniture will carefully be moved and replaced as needed to access your carpet for cleaning. Styrofoam blocks and foil squares will be placed under furniture legs to protect the furniture and carpet.

Step 4: Interior Protection

Corner Guards will be put in place to protect walls and baseboards. Hard surface floors will be covered as needed.

Step 5: Pre-Condition

Traffic areas and spots will be pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.

Step 6: Pre-Agitate

Carpets will be agitated with a carpet groomer or a rotary cleaning machine (for heavily soiled areas) to further loosen traffic area soil.

Step 7: Steam Cleaning

Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. This will restore your carpets appearance and provide a healthier indoor environment.

Step 8: Extract and Rinse

Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. This will restore your carpets appearance and provide a healthier indoor environment.

Step 8: Spot Treatment

Spots that were not removed during the cleaning process will be re-treated and cleaned again. Some spots are permanent stains as identified by our service technician and cannot be removed.

Step 10: Speed Dry

High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet after cleaning to accelerate the drying time.

Step 11: Carpet Protection

The carpet pile is groomed in one direction after cleaning for faster drying and for visual appeal. Carpet protection (available upon request) should be re-applied after cleaning. Carpet protection will help keep your carpet stain resistant and cleaner longer.

Step 12: Post Inspection

Our technician will do a final walk through with you to confirm you are satisfied with the results. He will point out any permanent stains or carpet conditions of which you should be aware
